My name is Craig Townsend and my passion is to work with, develop and collaborate with people in the world of business. Continuous Improvement and People Development have been the most important aspects of my career success and academic achievements, and its a process that never stops. I am married with 3 children and I am also heavily involved with football coaching and player development.
I started Consilco so that I would have the freedom to work with a variety of diffierent organizations on their supply chain, operations and leadership challenges. Consilco also gave me the opportunity to expand my activity into executive coaching and mentoring, enabling me to increase my time spent helping people become better versions of themselves.
